Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Duelify. By downloading, installing, or using the Duelify application or any associated web services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Duelify.
Duelify is a tournament organization tool developed and operated by Prime Solutions, Inc. ("Prime Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). Duelify enables users to create tournament brackets, manage participants, log match results, and share draws via QR code. Duelify is intended for recreational, organizational, and community use.
By accessing or using Duelify, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using Duelify on behalf of an organization, club, or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Duelify generates tournament brackets and seedings using proprietary algorithms developed by Prime Solutions. You acknowledge and agree that:

In no event shall Prime Solutions' total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of Duelify exceed the amount you paid to Prime Solutions in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Duelify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prime Solutions makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any bracket, seeding, rating, or result produced by the application. You use Duelify at your own risk.

Duelify may access player rating data from third-party federation databases including but not limited to USATT, USA Pickleball, and USTA. This data is provided for convenience and may not be current, complete, or accurate. Prime Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy of any third-party rating data and is not responsible for errors arising from its use.
Duelify, VKey™, and all associated branding, algorithms, and technology are the intellectual property of Prime Solutions, Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on Duelify without express written permission from Prime Solutions.
Your use of Duelify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Duelify, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
By entering your phone number in the Duelify application and requesting a verification code, you expressly consent to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via SMS from Prime Solutions, Inc. to the phone number you provide. These messages are sent solely for the purpose of verifying your identity as a tournament organizer and are transactional in nature. Prime Solutions does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Duelify. For help, reply HELP or contact us at legal@primesolutions.com.
Prime Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at duelify.ai/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of Duelify following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
